About Hoa Lotus

The Hoa Lotus practice and interests have evolved through more than 14 years of experience working on community focused initiatives, local government projects, NGOs and in arts and culture organisations. The work focuses on social purpose, projects and initiatives to advance equity between groups; to enable creativity, innovation and a collaborative culture, with respect to diversity resulting in a more productive and inclusive workplace. 

Projects range from co-creating services and programmes, developing teams and organisations, inclusive practice, arts and health strategic commissioning, engagement and sustainable impact development, strategic leadership coaching and mentoring with various types of organisations across the UK and internationally.
